What is the taste / smell of the capsules?

OVAHim contains 27 nutrients in their most potent forms in each capsule so while we have tried to mitigate any smell or taste we didn’t want to compromise on our inkey list ,so there may be a very slight distinctive smell and taste but nothing that should be too noticeable.

Can I take OVAHim with my current supplements?

As OVAHim contains all your nutritional needs and in the correct and safe dosage levels we advise you to take it on its own to avoid over burdening your body. That being said, you cannot out supplement a good diet so feel free to up the sperm friendly food groups to complement our products. Before introducing any supplement into your everyday, we also recommend speaking to your doctor.

What does bioavailable actually mean?

Good question! In a nutsell — its refers to how your body absorbs, and uses, a supplement. And key to this, is what form of nutrient you put in a supplement and if there is a perfect pairing of another nutrient to further increase absorption. At OVA we do both — all our nutrients are in their most bioavailable forms with the perfect ratio of their paired nutrient to make sure our supplement does all the hard work — so you don't have too.

Does OVAHim use fillers or additives?

No, we pride ourselves on a clean formulations and don't use synthetic fillers, binders preservatives or colours. We use a small amount of one flow agent (to make the blend smooth) which is Organic* Brown Rice Flour.
