How long does it take for OVAPlus to start to work?

We recommend taking OVAPlus for 3 months at a minimum. The reason being it takes 3 months for an egg to mature prior to ovulation, so you want to bathe those follicles in the best nutrients possible as the conditions they are exposed to during that time are crucial to the health of your eggs and your cycle. It may take up to 3 months for supplements to correct most nutrient deficiencies in the body.. However, you should notice improved feelings of energy, immune and mental health and debloating within 2-4 weeks.

Why do you have 28 days worth of capsules in each box?

Importantly — and uniquely — we position our products based on an average cycle length for a woman (28 days) and a cycle of an egg and sperm developing & maturing (84 days/3 months).

Why do you have over the RDA of certain nutrients?

Our team of leading reproductive health eggperts have formulated our supplements to actually work. Sounds pretty obvious we know but we have made sure that many of our all star ingredients have been clinically validated for their dosage levels and demonstrable effect on fertility outcomes using the latest scientific research.
